More Than an Office: Designing a Space People Want to Be In

We loved getting to step outside of the residential world for this recent project and bring the Bluebird approach to a local real estate office. What makes the transformation even more fun is that we didn’t change the paint or make any major cosmetic updates. The difference came entirely through thoughtful “staging.” By bringing in appropriately scaled furniture, reworking layouts, and choosing pieces that better complemented the space, we were able to completely change how the office looked and felt.

One of our favorite examples was the kitchen area, where simply changing the shape of the two dining tables actually made the space feel larger, even with additional seating. It was such a great reminder of how much scale and placement matter in design and such a fun opportunity for our team to apply what we do in a completely different setting.
